How do I book a studio?

Choose your preferred studio, date, and time, then confirm via our booking form. A confirmation with access details and an invoice will be sent to your email.

Can I bring my own crew and gear?

Yes. You may bring your own crew and equipment. For safety and insurance purposes, outside gear must pass a quick check by our studio manager upon arrival.

Do you offer live broadcast connectivity (SDI, NDI, SRT)?

We support SDI patching to control, NDI sources on a dedicated VLAN, and outbound SRT contribution. A tech ops package is available for complex routing.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the booking. Within 48 hours, a 50% fee applies. Same-day cancellations are billed at 100% of the scheduled time.

Are there noise restrictions?

Studios are acoustically treated for broadcast. Please avoid high-SPL effects and alert our team if you plan amplified audio so we can allocate an appropriate room.

Is parking available on-site?

Yes. We have limited on-site parking and nearby public lots. Loading bay access is available upon request for large equipment drop-offs.

Do you require a certificate of insurance (COI)?

For commercial shoots, a COI naming AssetGate Studios as additionally insured is required. Short personal projects may be exempt—ask our team for details.

Can we tour the studio before booking?

Absolutely. Book a complimentary 15-minute walkthrough. Virtual tours can be arranged if you’re out of town.

Do you support 24/7 bookings?

Yes, subject to staff availability and overtime rates for overnight sessions.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 2–3 weeks for peak season and at least 72 hours for weekday availability.

Do you have green screen or white cyc options?

Yes. We offer a painted green cyc and a 3-wall white cyc. Pre-light packages and wraps are available on request.

What internet speeds are available?

Studios include 1 Gbps symmetrical wired and Wi‑Fi 6. Redundant fibre and LTE failover are available as an add-on.

Is there a cleaning or reset fee?

Basic reset is included. Heavy resets or glitter/confetti cleanup may incur an additional fee.
